"Very friendly staff "

"Shower was cold. After 10 mins of running the water, finally got to a somewhat warm temp, but still not what I would consider an adequate temperature for showering. Carpet in room was full of stains. Hotel room and bathroom were desperately in need of an overhaul. Staff was good, initial room had a smoke alarm that was chirping every 30 seconds. Front desk staff graciously changed our room without incident. "

"Our first room smelled damp and musty, there was mold on the window frame. Bathroom sink didn’t drain well. I tried to stay there for a couple of hours but started to get a headache. The desk clerk was very helpful and changed us immediately to another room. The second room was better but we would not stay at that hotel again. It is way overpriced for the type of rooms listed. Very basic rooms, no coffee pot, etc."

"Had a great two nights stay here while we waited for our Ferry crossing. Very quiet and clean."

"After multiple stays, all rooms appear to need new flooring and couches desperately. Bedding and bathrooms were very clean, however, there was a cheerio near the desk on the floor, and more food under the front edge of the couch. The couch had a questionable white stain on the cushion, and stains on carpets. Because the floor had not been cleaned properly, it did not leave us with much confidence about the cleanliness of the room overall (ie wiped down door knobs, light switches etc)"

"No shoes allowed from the front door throughout the hotel. So take some slippers!! The owner makes you feel like you are invading here space and makes you feel like her time is more important than the customers time. There are lots of rules and $100 potential fine if you make a sound or wear your shoes. The owner can be quite sarcastic . Lastly She was upset by the amount paid. I booked online so they set the price not me."
