"This is my second stay at this property. At a glance, the room is clean. Each stay, I have noticed hair in the shower, on the walls and the floor, as well as pink mold in the corners of the shower. The bathroom vanity isn’t clean either. Of the four nights on the property, my room was not touched twice. The first time, I chocked up to an oversight but mentioned it the next morning at the front desk, only to get back to the room the second evening to an uncleared room, full trash vans, and no clean towels. Twice is not acceptable. I will be returning to Cleveland next month. Not sure I’ll be staying here again. "

"Everything was closed or not working. A waste of time and money. No pool, hot tub and breakfast was nasty. The bed sheets were not so clean and floor mat in bathroom was dirty. Tv didn't work and we were locked out our room ."

"The hotel is not fully modern but the rooms is clean the kitchen just needs more utensils like spoon forks and a cutting board other than that it’s ok the air conditioner works well had no problems the staff some of them don’t understand much English but enough to get the point across at times but they are very nice people working Thare I would definitely recommend it "

"Was there 6 nights. Would have left the first day but I prepaid and they would not give me refund if I checked out. Had no towels first day. They said there was nothing they could do about it. Someone did find and bring 2 towels later that evening. No internet first day. They said they would take care of it right away. Didn’t happen. Everyday I asked about internet connection and everyday they said they were working on it. I left on the sixth day and was never able to connect to WiFi. Breakfast was okay except they were out of items pretty much everyday. Very noisy. People partying in parking lot till late first two nights. The room service ladies were very good. Was never able to speak to the manager. Each day I asked to speak to him or her, I was told the manager won’t be in until tomorrow! Never happened. Can’t recommend this property."

"The restaurant and bar was definitely amazing wife and I enjoyed it Jamie was very kind and a great friend highly recommend. The Schofield was amazing clean and spacious the staff were friendly genuine and great people I had an accident and they went above and beyond to accommodate and remedy the situation. The most professional and best hotel I’ve ever been too definitely recommend premium or better packages as it was an amazing time exceeded expectations!"
