"There were hookers, people using needles and roaches everywhere. So we did not check in and when we called hotels.com to report they said they will not refund. Paid thru another hotel to stay for our work trip. I have booked 20k in rooms in the last year and I am making all accounts something else based on their customer support comments of “that’s not a problem grow up and be a man” this has been censored since they rejected the words of their own people being shared. "
