"This was our first hotel stay with our dog, and they made her feel so welcome. The staff is amazing. The rooms are clean. Amenities are great and the view was beautiful. Can’t ask for more than tha."

"Breakfast was good, internet was good. When I booked, it said sleeps 6. The room did not sleep 6 unless one slept on the floor. The pull out couch that turned in to a bed was so small, my 44 lb 6 year old barely had room to sleep on it. I did not pack the pack n play for my 1 year old because it had a pull out couch. Lesson learned on my part. "

"It’s an older hotel, needs some updating. Excellent location, ten minutes either walking or taking the cable car to sites and restaurants. "

"We only stayed for one night having come in town for a concert. Didn’t feel the staff, upon arrival, was very welcoming and was disappointed that they did not have phone charging cords to loan when my traveling companion forgot hers. I ordered a salad at the bar. It took 30 minutes to come, and included onions, which I asked them to hold and was served with balsamic dressing when I requested ranch. After waiting 30 minutes, I just accepted it as is. Our room was nice and we both slept well. I guess I just expected more from Marriott."

"Expected way more than what was paid for. Inconvenient location with nothing going for it. Additional resort taxes upon checkin too....not happy about this reservation. "

"A/C didn’t work in the room. Pool was closed with no ahead notice. Fridge wasn’t cold when we got into the room. Really disappointed."
