"The room was clean but smelled like smoke even though it's none smoking. The front desk staff not friendly. People hanging out in the parking lot. It looks like people live there. People smoking weed and cigarettes in the parking lot. People yelling at their pets in the early morning hours."

"Quick check-in, and we got an upgrade for our room. The staff at the reception, restaurant, and the gentleman at the pool area were all very friendly and welcoming. For my birthday, our sweet waitress surprised me with a dessert, which made the stay even more special. Overall, it’s a nice property with a fantastic view, and we had a relaxing weekend. Good points: the lake view and the private access to the lake. Negative point: unfortunately, the pool was dirty, so we Couldn’t enjoy it in our first day."

"Low Toilet and Water pressure, mini fridge didn’t work, bed sheets looked like it was remind, Thermostat not mounted properly and came off while adjusting a/c temp. Brought it up to the front desk to no avail and was told they’ll have someone take a look at it. Hope the next guest doesn’t have to deal with the inconvenience"

"Parking was safe. Grounds are well kept. Rooms were immaculate. We arrive an hour early and they were able to accommodate us."
