"Outstanding, warm, friendly staff from all aspects associated with the hotel. From check-n where you are warmly welcomed it is absolutely clear that the staff appreciates your staying at this hotel and do everything they can to ensure you feel welcomed and your needs are met. Breakfast is simple but more than sufficient and of quality with the breakfast manager actively making sure you get everything you need for your breakfast. Housekeeping and grounds crew members are also very welcoming and friendly and keep the rooms and property clean and neat respectively. This hotel is an excellent reasonably priced place to stay while you visit Aiken and the surrounding environs!"
