"The manager was so helpful and wanted to carry our luggage to our room. Small bar was so well stocked and fun meeting other people. The manager even put on the hockey game we wanted to watch. Breakfast was not your normal free breakfast. It was so well stocked and everything was so fresh. The biscuits and gravy tasted homemade. The gentleman running the breakfast was asking everyone if they needed something and bringing juice, ect. right to your table."

"Five star breakfast the host are so friendly and they put so much effort and everything they do to make you feel very welcome This particular home takes you back in 1800s. It is just gorgeous, well taking care of True beauty!! Again, the hosts are just so wonderful!"

"Start with the positive. Room was ok clean and bed was comfortable. Plenty of parking. First issue was open packet of body cream and no hangars, but they were replaced after trip to office. This indicates cleaning not thorough. No coffee maker in room. Coffee in the office only. There is no daily housekeeping. I guess I could ask for new towels and washcloths, but it says they had daily housekeeping. Only 2 flimsy plastic cups which broke when I opened the pack and ready for bed, so no going to the office. The bar soap was so small it fell apart the 2nd day. Not enough shampoo. They need to upgrade the amenities or replace daily, without a trip to the office. Room can use some repairs, but I believe they are updating."

"Only place I know where you can stay in an early 19 th century village. You can ask for a pet friendly room and walk your dog on farm fields or river trails Food at the Inn matches the local farm land and is delicious"

"We stayed at a Red Roof Inn for three nights mainly because it’s pet-friendly, which we appreciated. The front desk staff was kind, and the room was clean upon arrival. Unfortunately, there were several issues. The room had a strong odor that never went away, and the sheets didn’t fit the bed and kept coming off. Breakfast was very limited (stale cereal, no fruit, watery gravy, one juice option) and not very appealing. The property felt outdated, with worn furnishings, and the vending machines were empty the entire stay. We also noticed exterior doors didn’t lock, which raised some security concerns. Overall, it works if you need a pet-friendly option, but there’s definitely room for improvement."
