8/10 Good
"The room we had was large and there was lots of storage. When we settled in for the night and wanted to watch TV, it didn't work. Two of us checked plugs, etc. I called for assistance and there was no one on site to help. The desk clerk could only move us to another room, which we accepted. Oops, she discovered there were no other vacant rooms that had been cleaned. Fortunately for us, the third person checked again and found one of the connections to be loose. The bathroom fan did not work. Breakfast was the typical fare but went until 10am vs 9am at so many places. We were pleased with that. The photo of the outside seating area is deceiving. Although it is a nice area, it is directly between the front of the building and the parking lot. Not exactly relaxing!"
