We enjoyed our stay! The room was large and pretty clean. The free breakfast was great! The hotel is fairly close to the downtown Springfield attractions (~10-15 minutes). Our only complaint was that the indoor pool is FREEZING! We didn't last more than 30 minutes in the pool because our kids' lips were blue and teeth were chattering. Overall, we would stay here again!
Only stayed one night but the place had a recent face-lift and was very nice, clean and staff was responsive. Beds were a little higher off the ground, but comfortable. Location was good to a few restaurants you could walk to.
Love, love loved this unique place! Enjoyed it so much that we decided to make a reservation to stay there on our way back home. Breakfast each morning was a treat!
I love the location. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The room was very clean and comfortable. The rooms are NOT soundproof. Breakfast was just ok but the food serving area was very clean. My husband and I felt comfortable in our room
Perfect overnight! Friendly staff, clean and convenient to lots of fun. Only 15 minutes to Danenberger Family Vineyards which is an excellent winery and music venue indoors or out!
Not complaints really, any issue i had was small and the staff were great. Wish i could have had the room we requested, but i know that isn't a for sure thing.
Property appears to have been recently constructed and so is mostly in good condition. Lobby is attractive; swimming pool and exercise room were both tiny and uninviting. Daily breakfast was excellent. No HVAC units were running on the 2nd floor hallway, which was therefore warm and humid; ditto for the elevator. The HVAC unit in our room needs to have its temperature recalibrated. Immediate surroundings of the hotel are pretty bleak.
