She said it wasn't necessary. Breakfast was missing cutlery. Room was clean. Shower didn't have hot water, just luke warm. There were no amenities in bathroom. 3 tissues in the box? I was disappointed because I remembered it being nicer and worth the price. "

"The Residence Inn is within the area we always travel to. The rooms are great, the carpet, the tile, the tops of all tables and dressers, bathroom, kitchen, etc. always very clean. We never have been there when everything was not clean and in order. The Staff are always friendly and helpful. Every hotel or motel should be like this one. We have stayed at other places in the Jackson, TN area before, but when we found this one we don't bother to go anywhere else."

"Room 218 the shower would not drain you are taking a shower and the water is over your ankles. Hold down the handle on the toilet so it would flush. No coffee maker in the room. All usb charging ports will not work. We were there a year ago nothing changed. No clock in the room."
