First time staying in this hotel, it was great. Staff was very friendly and our room was really cool. Had no idea we were getting a room with a separate bedroom, made it feel very homey. Bathroom was great, fancy fixtures and all! The free breakfast was nice too, although tough to find seating, not the hotel's fault there happened to be a wedding there the weekend we booked. Would definitely book this hotel again.

It was very nice, very clean big rooms and huge jacuzzi tub in large bathroom. Better than average continental breakfast and homemade cookies in the lobby every evening for guest staying at the Inn. Located right in the area of shops and restaurants. Near by scenic walks along the beach. If not the beach, sidewalks all around the town of Kennebunkport and Kennebunk. I highly recommend Kings Port Inn!

Went to Ogunquit for a weekend getaway. The Grand Hotel was a quaint and charming place. Building is older so we could hear when people were talking (or snoring) next door. Rooms come equipped with white noise machines which helps reduce the exterior noise. The location can't be beat as it's locating almost perfectly between Perkins Cove and "the strip" in town. We would definitely stay there again.

We have been staying In Ogunquit/Perkins Cove for over 20 years as we were married in the area. The Sea Rose has earned our highest rating of all the other resorts/locations we have stayed at. The rooms were very clean and well equipped! The outdoor pool was very relaxing and well kept. The location was perfect to access the Marginal Way as well as restaurants and other attractions. The staff at Sea Rose Suites were all exceptional but I need to single out Lilly at the reception desk! Lilly...

This property is beautiful. It sits in the historic area of the old port. It is very close to the waterfront, restaurants, shops and historic areas. The mattress and sheets were superb. While in the old port, we took a trolley tour which took us out to Portland headlight and then gave us a tour of of the old port. You can catch fairies from about two or three minutes walk away, we would strongly recommend this hotel.
