"The property in general was clean and sufficient for our needs. We only stayed one night and the room was adequate. The breakfast area offered the traditional cereal, breads, juices and a waffle maker or you could have eggs and bacon. The area was a little sketchy, but to be expected. Starbucks was within walking distance. Staff was friendly and full of smiles, which was much appreciated on an early morning departure. Overall the hotel was average, in need of updating to stay competitive....

"The hotel was great. Room was spacious and we really enjoyed having the kitchen as it allowed us to prepare a meal there instead of eating out, to save some money. The free daily breakfast was also very good with a variety of hot and cold foods. The hotel is in a great location close to two huge shopping centers with many restaurants, grocery stores, and shops including Target and Trader Joes to name just a few. My only complaint would be the bed is very firm/hard which some people may prefer,...

"Stayed with the family. It was clean, comfortable, and the hosts were very welcoming. It was close to everything: lake arrowhead village and skypark at santa village. Also, it was close to most of the hiking trail"

"I have stayed at this hotel many times the staff upfront one checking in. They’re always pleasant no matter what time of the day or night this last time the gentleman even called me by my name. The funny thing is I haven’t stayed there in two years and he still remembered me that makes you feel good."
