"The shower pressure was very weak and the shower water was not hot. The manager was not very helpful and what’s kind of rude. The staff parking the vehicles were excellent."

"Trash bags all over the hotel.. the towels were dirty and had stains , the bed sheets had stains.. The bathroom was very dirty there was a hairball stuck in the roof of the shower the toilet was not flushing properly "

"I have visited Anaheim two to three times a year and have stayed at numerous hotels around the Disneyland area so the only two things about the Tropicana Hotel that were good was location and their Valet attendants other then that overpriced for what you get front desk not very informative or helpful beds uncomfortable definitely will not stay there again wish it would have been "

"The only floor newly renovated is the 8th floor, all other rooms are not updated. There were plumbing issues as well, they moved us to another room, but it was still not much better. Locals informed us that this hotel is mainly used by the surgical centers to send patients for recovering, We do not recommend this hotel"

"The parking lot was the hardest part of the stay. The gate arm didn’t want to work, and it's one way but not marked well. Other than that it's better than advertised. Even my 13yr old son enjoyed himself. The coi pond and ducks are fun"
