"The Valet parking was well worth the cost !!!! The attendant was so friendly and helpful ! My only complaint about our stay would be that they dont offer a free breakfast "

"Cons: Unfortunately the pool was closed and that was the reason we picked this hotel. The concierge immediately goes after you when you check in to watch a 2 hour video (i am assuming to buy timeshares). Someone’s dried contacts were stuck to the bedside table. The bathroom door does not close all the way so make sure you’re comfy with the person you’re staying with. There is no door on shower so water goes everywhere and you’re shivering during your shower. Pros - Location was great and there is a Starbucks on site. Overall do not recommend this one if you can avoid it. "

"Good location near all the attractions on Broad Street, all the museums, and excellent food options. The Hyatt had an excellent breakfast buffet and afternoon choices you could order from the bar."

"The staff was great, and the breakfast was perfectly fine. The hotel was extremely busy during my stay, and Friday night was rough with kids running up and down the halls because of a cheer camp. The bar was a nice spot to unwind, and the location was okay overall. I didn’t love having to pay for parking in an empty garage, and I’m starting to think Nashville just might not be my kind of city. That said, if I found a good rate and needed a place to stay in Nashville again, I’d consider staying here."
