"We were given a room 423, and the desk attendant checked to make sure the room was ready. When we were given the key, we went up to that room and walked in. There was clothing and toiletries still in the room, and we were sure it was still in use by the occupants. We returned to the front desk and explained the situation. The desk clerk gave us another key for room 323 and said she didn't understand how that happened. In one of the beds, there was a fingernail and a clump of hair. Despite those issues, the bathroom was huge, the room was very spacious, and there were tons of hooks and bars to hang items. the beds were very comfortable. We can't judge the breakfasts, since we slept past that time. We also loved check in at 3:00 and check out at noon."

"Was there for a business trip. 2 nights, 3 rooms. Check in was easy, breakfast was fine. Rooms were clean. Hot tub and pool were good. The hot tub was hot, the jets were strong, and it was clean. The 2nd night, the hot tub was tepid, so we alerted the staff. Evidently, a breaker had flipped, but they fixed it and the issue was fixed within the hour."

"This hotel is right downtown. There is even a restaurant right next door that you can walk to. We stay here a lot when we come to Gaylord. It is inexpensive and the bed is comfortable. The staff are very nice too."

"The facility is a little rundown. Some efforts of repair were underway. But if you don't mind that, it is perfectly reasonable. Room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. TV and channels or better than I expected, bathroom was clean. There was coffee but no coffee maker. There was an ironing board but no iron. But if you can overlook some of these items, the price was very reasonable for the area."

"Large resort with RV, log cabins and Yurts. Newer facility so everything was nice and clean. Would recommend better comforter (had throws in the room) and careful cleaning and supply replenishment (had to ask for shower gel and hand soap) as bottles were empty. Waterpark and some other amenities incurs extra fee. Restaurant closed on Monday so we were not able to use the food coupon."
