"Property was OK. Very loud"

"I don’t mind that the hotel is old or under renovation—that’s understandable. The real issue is the staff, who clearly need proper customer service training. I chose this hotel only for its location and to get some rest during my trip. On my first stay, I arrived at 2:00 a.m. and ignored the receptionist’s rude attitude, assuming it was due to the late hour. However, on my return, I arrived at 5:00 a.m. and encountered the same receptionist with the same poor attitude. After waiting over three minutes at the door with no assistance, she complained when I opened it myself. When I asked for water for two rooms (six people), I was told only four very small bottles were allowed—no exceptions—so I had to drink tap water. I was also denied late checkout, couldn’t get more water, and even coffee was unavailable at 9:00 a.m. with no effort to restock. Overall, the experience was frustrating and humiliating. I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you expect basic respect and service."

"Easy check in. Near lots of restaurants, Walmart, and the mall. Staff nice. Rooms large. Breakfast has eggs and meat in addition to cereals, waffles, etc... Will stay again. "

"Everything was 10 out of 10 at this hotel! I will be looking for other Best Westerns when I travel now. The check-in was smooth and friendly. The breakfast was amazing, loved the yogurt parfait station and coffee/cappuccino machine. And they helped me get my second night canceled. Amazing service! "

"Coffee place next door. Two gas stations within walking distance. Had a last minute reservation, but both the two lamps above the bed had broken wires and just wrapped around the fixture. Also had two tvs on the entertainment center which was different but not much of a problem. Room needs some work but it worked."

"No pool even though advertised - under “construction”. Room condition was poor, hallways smelled, and the hotel is directly by a truck stop so there were loud semi truck engines all night. No kids programming available on the tv either. I would have left as soon as we checked in and saw no pool, but couldn’t get a refund. "
