"No one at front desk when I arrived. Had to use a 'kiosk' connection to get checked in. This was not a friendly or caring greeting. The person on the other side seemed fine and tried to be helpful; but, my hearing when someone has an accent is not good and I had to ask her to repeat a few times. On-screen, it was trying to put up 'closed-caption' type translation. I think she was asking about payment method - paying for cash or on a card; but, the CC put up " Oh my God." ... that threw me for a minute and I got it when she repeated it. This would have been better if it was just a terminal and web browser; but, this will always be rated as negative compared with a live person."
