BUT somehow they messed up our reservation, not sure if that was hotels.com or the hotel itself and they gave us the wrong room. I had booked a suite and they said we booked a single apartment. So we had to pay extra to get the room that we originally booked and that was very disappointing!"

"This hotel has once upon a time been fantastic and have the potential to be so again but right now it is in a very poor state. We hade to change room 3 times in 2 daqys because of broken shower and excessive black mold, we also killed more cockroaches then you expect in a hotel at this pricerange . The wifi in the rooms was next to non existant but worked fine in the restaurant and bar. The restaurant was closed in the evening and the brekfast was " not fantastic""

"We had reserved the hotel the day before. Unfortunately, when we arrived, our room was not ready. The front desk said we would need to wait for the room to be cleaned, about 30 minutes. Or we had the option to go to the room of the first floor, but we had paid for the upper level room. But we would not be able to use the pool or have anywhere to put our things. "The hotel is nice in a good lokation , staff is nice and the swimingpools are good , but the restaurant was closed which forced us out in the evening to try to find somewhere to find dinner . Wifi was bad and went out entierly for several hours , dont expect to work using the wifi. The airconditioning was making a large part of the floor wet during the night. With some effort the hotel could be fantastic"
