The hotel exceeded my expectations. Excellent location in Calacoto, just across the street from the cable car with great connection to the rest of La Paz. Room was clean and comfortable. I had a problem with the TV and the safety box and they fixed immediately. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly. I definitely recommend it.
I have stayed at this property maybe three times. I intended to stay 21 days but unfortunately after one week I became sick and had to fly back home. The hotel staff was very attentive. Upon my return, I was issued a prompt refund. I would stay there again.
This hotel has been great value for money. Centrally located, safe to walk to and from. Close to El Prado, La Paz´s main venue. Breakfast is good, staff are very helpful, beds are comfortable and the shower in the morning is hot (pressure can be an issue). Persons with respiratory/mobility challenges may find Aspiazu and Guachaya (the two streets that lead to the Hotel) difficult as they are quite a steep uphill walk.
As an American I can say that the breakfast felt a bit small and light but it seemed more traditional to the area so no complaints there. Not their fault I have a poor diet.
The staff was wonderful and very accommodating even after our stay. The room was clean. The room also had a lil entry room so the door doesn’t open immediately open into your bed which felt more private.

I read the reviews before I booked the hotel. I was a little scare because they were not good. I checked in at 4am and the front desk agent gave me a room and told me they were going to change me in the morning. The room was very spacious, clean and confortable. At 8 am they offered to change my room and they did. The new room was big, it was like a suite. The people at the front desk are very polite, respectful and help you all the time. A lady name Veronica was amazing she is a front desk...
