"My partner and I had an amazing experience! It worked perfectly as a home base for exploring Rome, with the train station only a three minute walk away and trains to Rome taking only 30 minutes. Also a great location for exploring Frascati itself, very easy to walk to all the restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and the patio was so much bigger than we expected and had a lovely view! The included breakfast was also excellent. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend to anyone...

"We had heavy suitcases and the list was broken!! We were on 3rd floor !! What a start. The concierge was good and helped. Room was ok but no English tv !!! No conversion on tv either.. Breakfast was great with great views from the top restaurant"

"Nice hotel with comfy rooms. Free parking which was great. We never found their resturant, even after asking the staff, but the neighbouring hotel had a great restaurant and it is close to many other places. Car is recommended when staying here. "

"At 9am while our family was sleeping they knocked on our door like 5 times then after they did it again this was because they said we are cleaning get out to add more when we came back at 10:20 the gate was open but when we went to reception the door was closed we were waiting for 15minutes for the reception door to be open at night so we had to call the person he didn’t understand us.plus there English was so bad except for 1 person."

"We liked the fact it was away from the hustle and noise of down town Roma. We didn't have a rental car but the ladies at the desk were eager to help us aquire transportation. They were so very helpful in many aspects of our stay there, such as pointing us in right direction to local cuisine. Delicious! Thank you for making our stay memorable. "

"There was no heat in our room! We were not told before we checked in that there was no heat. It was 50 degrees during the day and 40 degrees at night. When we called the receptionist, Rita, she said that the heaters weren't working in any of the rooms, and that they had called a technician but he still had not come. Also, the "breakfast" was only yogurt and pastries; cookies or croissant. We had to wait for the receptionist to come to request coffee, and had to ask for a second cup of coffee; no...
