"There was no heat in our room! We were not told before we checked in that there was no heat. It was 50 degrees during the day and 40 degrees at night. When we called the receptionist, Rita, she said that the heaters weren't working in any of the rooms, and that they had called a technician but he still had not come. Also, the "breakfast" was only yogurt and pastries; cookies or croissant. We had to wait for the receptionist to come to request coffee, and had to ask for a second cup of coffee; no...

"Such a clean and cute accomodation in perfect location. We stayed in suite Rafaella with privat balcony overlooking the lake."

"The room was so comfortable and clean. The location is just in front of the metro station and it's just 3 stops away from the city centre, so that we could easily reach there. Don't need to pay extra hundreds of euros to the hotels located in city centre. Price & Benefit balance is so high. The room has also a balcony with an open view that you can relax after you're tired during the day. Small details like USB-C type charging ports is also a plus."
