All of the staff were extremely helpful in meeting all of our needs including arranging easy and clear airport transport as well as cars to take us around the city and to temples. I was able to walk to India Museum from this hotel as well as Saint John's Church for the Black hole of Kolkata memorial. "The service from the staff was great, I really liked this and my Dad really liked it too. The breakfast was good and had variety. The beds were comfortable and the shower had good power. We would get an Uber to the Indian Museum/Park Street and would then spend the whole day walking around the sites (Victoria Memorial Hall, Tipu Sultan Masjid, Birla Planetarium, Indian Museum, Markets and Park Street).
