Everything was amazing! The Hotel is in a great location and has an amazing view!! The staff gave us a special welcome detail when we got to our room. Like we say in Puerto Rico: “Tienen que venir y vivir la experiencia” !!!!
H10 Madison was an excellent hotel. It is in a great part of the city with many attractions you could easily walk to. The hotel itself was always very clean. Staff were super helpful and always had a smile for you. We tried the breakfast a few times while there and it was very good but at 24 euros per person is a little expensive. The room was nice and the aircon worked good, bed was comfortable. Ceiling fan in out room was appreciated as it was warm there when we stayed Oct 9-14. Taxi service...
It is one of the most beautiful properties I've stayed in. There were incredible spaces all around the hotel that were great for just chillaxing. Closed the rooftop pool 3 of the 4 nights - and there was good service and great food up there.

The location was perfect. Near to the beach, the port and la Ramblas. Metro station was nearby. The staff was helpful and great. They made sure we had a comfortable stay. I will stay here again.
This hotel is in an excellent location. Blocks from Las Ramblas, the beachfront, old town, and great tapas. The hotel has a glorious rooftop restaurant with amazing food that’s priced right. On the subject of food, as you exit the hotel, turn right, then turn right at the first corridor. Walk straight ahead crossing over one nartow street. Then, at the next intersection turn right. The staff was friendly and amazing! Loved the nightly, turn down service with chocolates. The bedding and pillows were so comfortable, I could have stayed in bed all day!! The spa was amazing! I swear the masseuse has magic hands because my back and legs were sore for days from all the walking I had been doing...and after the massage I was pain free!! Europark was a great hotel in a prime location! I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for a nice, clean centrally located hotel! Staff was also very helpful, when needed.
The location was great! The front desk people , morning & night were all kind & willing to help on anything you asked. Thanks to Manuel, Luis & Javier. Our breakfast was always wonderful, a lot of breakfast choices. Thanks to Goldie who always was so pleasant, nice and speaks English. She was awesome! I selected this property because of the descriptions of the new facility and the view of the Sagrada Familia from the rooftop patio/bar/restaurant. Arriving from cold Amsterdam on a Friday afternoon I immediately went to the rooftop and enjoyed the view while have a cocktail and one of the fabulous food options. EVERYONE on the staff, from door-people and front desk to the various workers in the restaurants and cleaning staff were cheerful and asking if there was anything they could do to help...
Would recommend this location for anyone going to the port for a cruise or centrally located near La ramble st. Easy to walk to the metro or take a taxi. Great staff and breakfast. This is our second stay with them.
