"What a fantastic place. Somewhere to relax, eat well and recover. Great service at all stages. A modest menu choice wise but excellent in quality, locally sourced products full of flavour. A family run hotel and it shows. The whole ambiance is spot on. A place for the summer, nice pool and gardens with patios to sit out on and enjoy food and wine. For winter I spotted a fab lounge with a big working fireplace. Rooms are light, airy and very comfortable. Small terrace to sit outside. "

"La Pina Verde was a wonderful find, tucked away just off the beaten track. Martin and Viktoria are exceptional hosts who made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The made-to-order breakfasts were delicious and a real highlight each morning. The B&B is finished to a very high standard, and our top-floor room was excellent. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, with beautiful linens, and everything was spotlessly clean. This is a great choice if you’re looking to stay just outside...

"Very good location, with easy access and short distance to nearby beach areas, restaurants and market (15 - 20 minutes drive to Sotogrande, Alcaidesa,, etc), Very clean, quiet, well maintained room, with ultra quiet A/C. Great value for money for the area and the peak season (August)"

"Staff were excellent. We were caught there for a few nights waiting out a storm to cross over to Morocco. The front desk team were very kind and accommodating. The breakfast was also very good."

"Very nice staff. Nice aspect and close to beach too. Difficult without a car and found taxi expensive. I required of the airport shuttle mentioned and had booked the return but when enquired it wasn’t an actual shuttle but called local taxi which was expensive and basic. Confused when Expedia said shuttle available and concession. It didn’t. It was nice and fab for golf of course"
