"Pati at the front desk reception was very helpful several times. She helped me twice with airport transportation, recommended two very good restaurants and also helped me organize a daylong private car/driver."
"The staff was amazing! We arrived early and they were very courteous to have a room ready for us at a reasonable time.
The rooms were tidy, especially appreciated the fact that they we not carpeted. The view from the rooftop was perfect for sunrise.
The location was close to shopping and restaurants. It was nice to have the San Pedro Market so close.
The breakfast was so delicious! There was a variety of foods to choose from. If I am ever back in Cusco, I will definitely stay here again."
"La chambre 101 donne sur l’ouverture de la grille et de la porte d’entrée principale. C’est très bruyant dans la chambre. Ne pas prendre cette chambre mais tout le reste est parfait"
"The hotel and staff are nice and they provide tea outside your room. The room is clean and nice. No breakfast until 7am so I wasn’t able to eat it either day since I had to leave before then for my tour and the airport. They did provide me a bag with a bologna sandwich, apple and water. Not near the Plaza De Armes or most restaurants or shopping. There is no included shuttle service. They arrange pickup/dropoff from a taxi. I paid 35 sol for pickup and 20 sol to be dropped off (tried to charge me 35- was supposed to be 15). Lots of dogs in the neighborhood so it wasn’t quiet at night. If you go exploring take a battery backup for your phone as street signs are not marked well and I got lost when my phone died."
"Stay was good, except on the shower when I open the faucet, the water is initially brown. Also I was charged twice on my card as initially got an error on my 1st card then I used another 1 then both were charged. I am still trying to get answer from them."
"Really enjoyed our stay at the Costa del Sol Cusco! The rooms were really spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. Everything felt really clean and well maintained. The staff were incredible, so helpful and welcoming! The location really can't be beat, we loved being so central. Having a home base right in the middle of everything made such an impact on how much we were able to enjoy the city, especially as we acclimated to the altitude. Highly recommend!"
"The airport Shuttle did not exist. There is no heat in the rooms except a space heater, which didn’t work for two nights. The one night I ate at the restaurant my food seems like it was heated up in the microwave. While on other nights I saw people eating what looked like very nicely prepared meals. The staff was great and very friendly. We switched rooms, which was a very smart move because the original bathroom faucet and shower were barely functional. The second room was much better in that regard. "
