"The window is locked and the air exhaust does not pull any air, though it makes noise. The room is wet especially the floor, which does not dry, and my backpack became wet. Just putting any bag on the floor and it becomes wet. I asked to change room but same problem : no air exhaust. I was there 7 months ago and it was the same problem so I guess they have decided air was not useful for the guests."

"On this sparticular stay, check in staff, Pau, was a little slow. It appears that he was taking his time. Nothing against him but maybe he should check people in a little faster. The check in line can get a little backed up. Other than that, I give them all 5 stars! The property is in a great location. Very close to shopping, dining, entertainment, etc. Rooms were ready an cleaned. Housekeeping dept. is doing a great job. We would stay again in the future if the price is still right."

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Our families were able to drop by and visited with us and had sufficient space to talk."

Many annoying small problems : kettel not working, TV has no remote control, fridge has no light, safe is not really usable, not enough drinking water (1/4 l per person...
