Everything there is pleasant. From the hotel reception, through the golf course up to the wine tasting...all is great.

Nice location in front of the ocean

Bliss was a peaceful getaway from the busyness of the city. The wonderful staff and delicious meals made the stay so enjoyable. The view of table mountain and being so close to the beach were great! Highly recommend.

The hotel staff went above and beyond helping us, even after we checked out and had to make it to the airport for a late flight. We were able to walk everywhere from the hotel, though the V&A area is a bit of a hike - took us about 25 minutes. Breakfast is delicious.

Radisson Red usually get poor reviews. This was our first stay and we really enjoyed it. We did not "upgrade" our room and it was a good size with plenty of closet space and places to put our luggage... granted one suitcase was on the table, but there was plenty of space on the table. Bed was excellent. The only minor downside was the HVAC was inconsistent, but not uncomfortable. Breakfast was exceptional. We stayed in one of the 7 Airstream caravans on the roof, was actually an amazing experience and loved it. There is a roof top theater and bar and staff are very friendly and efficient. The building is old but very well maintained the elevator in the building could be 50 years or more old and has been modernised but it keeps its lovely old character. I would highly recommend this hotel especially if you want to experience the real Cape Town and explore this unique and historic city.

These people were so amazing from checkin to checkout. Very genuine and hospitable. They all were attentive to our needs and extended lots of helping hands. The rooms were amazing with an amazing view. Right in the heart of shopping and getting around. They offer complimentary shuttle service to things in the area and a free canal cruise pass. Absolutely amazing breakfast and amazing dinner menu. We hated leaving. The managers were awesome and so where all of out servers. Will stay 100 times...

Great safe place with wonderful views

This was German hospitality at its best. The staff is also very friendly and helpfull. The management is very attentive to the needs of the guests. There are many good shopping centres within close driving distance. The guesthouse is also close to public transport facilities to use tot hte scity centre

Close to everything. Sight seeing bus 2 blocks away, short walk.. $5 Uber to cruise terminal. Breakfast was good. Will stay again

This is a near 5-star hotel at a reasonable price. I booked one of the rooms with a patio and "plunge pool" (clearly weather dependent!). It was small but beautifully cared for by housekeeping staff. Nice bedding, but too many decorator pillows! My only issue was a noisy couple that came in late on the second night, staying in the adjoining patio room. It was a wonderful, warm night and they spent the middle of the night enjoying that patio - there is inadequate soundproofing between rooms for...

Stayed here for over a week. The entire structure is brand new (very multi-use: restaurants, apartments, etc). Location is good - on the edge of Bo Kaap, on the edge of De Waterkant, 15 minute walk to the waterfront, 5 minutes from everything you would want - coffee, groceries, restaurant, etc., 10 mins to CBD. The shuttle van runs about every hour to the waterfront - this was rather confusing, as the times were off and not easy to find. The staff really outdid themselves in taking care of me...
