"All of the staff were friendly: front desk, cleaning crew and breakfast prep. They were able to accommodate early arrival and my room preferences. The room, including bathroom, furniture and bedding all clean and fresh. The breakfast had a good selection. The waffles were delicious but the coffee was weak. The parking lot was well lit for safety. Great location near highway, but was not too noisy. "

"1st rate hotel. This was my second time staying here. Will always stay here when I'm visiting Jacksonville. Rooms are really clean, towels are plentiful and thick, bed and pillows comfortable with decent bed linens. Great breakfast with good variety. Professional staff with pleasing personalities. There are lots of restaurants and plenty of shopping nearby. Nothing fancy, just a great place to stay."

"The property and location is beautiful & ideal for shopping, restaurants, Publix, Fresh Market near by. Convenient to I95. Hotel is well maintained, staff is polite, and cares about their customers! Rooms are spacious, this is relativity a new hotel (within last few years) clean rooms, beds are comfortable for a good night’s rest, and best of all in a safe location. "The room was clean. The pillows were a bit strange, round and bulky. Breakfast was decent. The usual- scrambled eggs, sliced sausage, home fries. Bread, English muffins, waffles. There are train tracks nearby and several trains went by during the night. Great staff."
