"Breakfast choices were fine. The hotel is a "no cash" policy that makes it difficult to conduct minor transactions. Staff were having a hard time processing payment for coffee, they were unavailable most of the time at the coffee station."

"When you order room service, you expect to get what you order. Such as when you order a pizza with pepperoni, you want to find pepperoni on the pizza. I ordered a small pizza and never found the pepperoni. Also, when I was trying to order a half bottle of wine, they seemed to be out of everything? How does a catering manager let that happen? At least he gave me a full bottle at half price. Sadly, I had one glass and left the rest. It was disgusting wine! Not to my standards that a Hyatt Hotel, especially charging what this one does, should have."

"Room service dropped off new towls and maybe took the trash out but the bed was not made the whole four night stay an no new soap the whole time. Not that big a deal compared to how clean and nice the property was but just something i noticed "
