"We tried to cancel the booking 4 days before our trip as we decided to not rent a car. We were terrified of driving in Italy! We attempted to contact the B&B about our plan changes but we never heard back from them. They charged us the full amount. The complete lack of communication was disappointing. "

The Christmas decorations in the lobby and garden were a real plus for the kids. Our waiter was especially wonderful at dinner and breakfast I wish i remembered his name. Great value for the price. "We arrived early and David’s was so nice to meet up with us for check in early and immediately gave us an upgrade room with a wonderful view of the town and nearby mountains. Our room was spacious with natural light and a great balcony, the beds were comfortable. The location was accessible to both shopping and restaurants. I need to point out that both Davide and Enzo were such great host and really made us feel comfortable and welcome, such nice people! I wanted to let Enzo know we made it across the Bridge safely. "
