"It’s a great hotel. Close to the harbor. The only glaring issue is the valet. Baltimore isn’t exactly a great place to park. The valet charges 100$. My vehicle was parked in the same place for two days. After a nap, it was gone. Zero communication and my phone number was on a tag on the key. There was zero reasons to move the vehicle, and many of the guests expressed their strong agreement that they were not good. The hotel room was great, everything about the hotel was great. Don’t use valet. "

"The staff was decent. Breakfast was good. Other than that the place is an absolute dump. The hallways are dirty and smell bad. I booked a suite 2bdr room which was very spacious. It has the potential to be a nice place if it went so dirty. It smelled like a toilet when in the entire room. All the furniture is ripped l, stained and outdated. The carpet was the worse part. Stained and not vacuumed. Honestly if I didn’t pay for the weekend, I would’ve left after the first night. Shower was broke in one room. Sinks clogged."

"Great location, easy access in and out of the Harbor. Great restaurants within walnut distance. "

"Excellent location right on waterfront and next to concert venue. Expected city noise, didn’t expect overnight construction activity. Very difficult for parking, festival and concert, limited options. Reservation was booked for 2 Queen beds and when we checked in, the front desk said because it was booked through third party, they were at liberty to change the room to a king room and they were sold out! Okay… we took that option but certainly wouldn’t have booked the property if that had been known in advance. Oh well… life goes on and we enjoyed visiting the area."

"Sauna what made me stay there"

"Room was clean, towels looked new. Staff we interacted with were great. Parking with valet was a little challenging as front was full, and check-in a floor up was inconvenient. But, the price is great and location great."

"The woman who staffed the breakfast area was extremely helpful. She was friendly and went out of her way to make travellers comfortable."
