"Overall good"

"Solid upscale hotel. Staff work hard to please and the breakfast buffet is top notch. Need to do something about the water bottles provided though - trying to open the metal caps on those things can be impossible."

"Check out this morning the lady at counter don’t know how to do the job and takes 30 mins to finish a simple check out. I’m Ned to run in the airport to catch the flight. "

"Hotel is in a very good location near to the airport. However, this is a busy hotel and the staff is unable to provide very good service. The room is nice but the bed is very firm and uncomfortable and the pillows to soft. The price for food and laundry is very expensive. The breakfast is very good "

"I did not request any room upgrade. However, the staff upgraded my room without my consent and charged me for it. I have repeatedly requested a refund for this unauthorized charge, but my concerns have been ignored. I would like to know why a room upgrade was made without my request. sincerely request that they refund this charge."

"The room was lovely and well appointed although looking out our window was a bit disconcerting as we faced buildings that were falling apart (almost literally poked like a war zone) and graffiti, I know the hotel can’t control the neighborhood and it’s not uncommon in India but it took me a little aback. That said we were there for one night before we flew home and it was great for that purpose. We also spend some time at the happy hour and while the pizza which was an India flavored pizza was surprisingly delicious, the drinks were subpar at best. Great atmosphere at the bar and service. Just don’t bother with the free drinks. The airport service pick up and drop off was also a great service. The room was very clean. You can definitely smell old tobacco smoke in the hallways."

"Front desk people were amazing .specifically Naman who took care of each small thing .I was happy and surprised when he arranged breakfast box as I had to check out early in the morning around 4:30 AM .These kind of gestures make the hospitality industry stronger and better .kudos"
