Things that are good to know;
The beds are firm to hard. The pillows are on the small side, akin to a larger version of the ones you find on airplanes. The lighting in the bathroom is somewhat dark.

"This is a very affordable hotel located within walking distance of many beautiful parts of Porto. If you are in any way limited in mobility, it wouldn’t be the right choice as the rooms are up pretty long flights of stairs. We didn’t sign up for the breakfast but it looked and smelled glorious, with a gracious woman on hand to cook."

Our three night stay was fantastic. The location on Rua das Flores can't be beat - right in the middle of the main thoroughfare connecting Ribeira to the Porto city center, with tons of restaurants and shops just footsteps away. The bed and shower were so comfortable, one of the best we’ve experienced. Great location, close enough to River and walkable. Could use more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels but that’s minor compared to everything they did right.
The service was awesome! The staff was super nice! Special thanks to Claudia for taking such good care of us. We were treated like family members! If we ever go back to Porto, I will choose this hotel again.
A great relaxing hotel with all the needed services. The spa is relatively small (not for Europe) and provide very good services professionally delivered. The breakfast is very good and excellent service.
The rooms are very comfortable and beautifully designed, however, be aware of lack of privacy if traveling with friends or family members, the shower is all glass and visible from all angles of the room, the toilet a bit better but not totally private either.

Virtudes City Lofts was great! There are many restaurants near by and a short distance from the river. Check-in and communication leading up to our stay was quick and very helpful. I will definitely be booking here when I come back to Porto!

The concierge Sandra was no nice and recommended 2 wonderful restaurants and also managed to get us reservations at Ode Port Wine house which are extremely hard to come by. We had a fantastic time! Breakfast was good and plentiful and the bar was delightful
We arrived during a rare one-day power outage and the staff did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The property was extremely clean and everyone on the staff extremely professional and helpful. Each morning's breakfast was absolutely wonderful and there was port wine and snacks in the lobby in the afternoon. We loved the central location in Porto, but it can be somewhat noisy at night coming from the cafes and restaurants nearby. Overall, I would stay here again...
