The check-in process was seamless. The staff who checked me in was Mason. He spoke English very well. Initially, I checked in with two suitcases due to a continuing travel to a different country in a few days. There is no-one to help with my luggage, but they have carts that they provided me to take my luggage into my room. Oh yes, noteworthy to mention, I took AirPort Express bus 6004. The stop to drop is across the street, of the hotel. As I was carrying two big suitcases, it was very...

The room felt small, but everything was highly satisfying.

The breakfast provided was excellent and very filling. The instant coffee was good and they give new fresh towels every morning, you just need to ask. The blankets are fluffy and warm. You can dry your clothes at a portable drying line. There is also a very deep tub and the shower system is well maintained. Friendly staff, love to been able to have coffee maker in room

Most convenient hotel in Korea.

Subway train station to ICN airport is just next to the hotel.

This is my go-to place whenever I'm on a business trip to Seoul. I'm always impressed by the kindness of the staff, and the location is perfect — convenient for transportation and shopping. Best of all, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby

This was the best hotel I've ever stayed at. It was conveniently located next to a train/subway station (access to 2 lines) which is accessible via the bridge walkway. There is also the Sinyongsan station across the street from that which gives you access to even more lines. There is a very nice convenience store on the 2nd floor of the Ibis hotel which is connected. The room was very modern, clean, and looked very new. The photos of the room are exactly how the room's condition was. It is...
