Hotels in Penn Valley

"The hotel is outdated and rooms smell like smoke. Gym is nice and the cleaning staff are friendly. Front desk and managers are not too kind we ordered groceries from door dash and it was left at the front desk. When I went down to get it, the bags were gone. They have staff working at the front right next to the drop off and no one thinks to ask for the room number to ensure things are not stolen. Spoke work the manager and he stated they do not have time to monitor door dash delivery and would not allow us or agree to review the video of the drop of area. Do not stay here if you do not want your things stolen. "

"Room and location was great! Only Bad thing was the elevator upon check out was terrible. Even though there are 4 elevators, it still took over 10 minutes to wait for an elevator so be careful of that around check out time (11am) "
