"I have no complaints. none. I enjoyed my first 4 days and decided to stay 4 more. I did stay in the best room, the delux with sea view. I have to lots laptop work and with the window above my laptop at the desk they provide, I got to watch the Andaman Sea with the long tail boats go by with the islands in the background. About the best view in the world if you ask me. so yeah, pretty great."

The Ban Sainai was like staying on a tropical island. It is very spread out, but the staff were always ready to drive you from your room to the pool or reception area. The breakfasts were very good as were the meals at the pool. The pool was absolutely gorgeous and we spent plenty of time there. The resort has a regular shuttle schedule to take you to the beach. This was an awesome experience to stay at the Ban Sainai.

OMG! What is not to like?! This property was beyond stunning!! Surrounded by lush beauty. Safe area to walk around for an early morning coffee and just sit with the locals. Walking distance to beach and food and shops. The hotel itself was beautiful. Pool a lovely welcome after a day in the heat. Staff were beyond friendly and helpful and they remember you daily. Greeted with a juice upon arrival. Food was delicious. Everything was perfect and the best amenities during our trip to...
