Missing remit for ac, king size bed was put together with two single beds and covered by a mattress, light fixtures missing plugs. Wi-Fi is not working, found bugs in the room. The most ridiculous rule is you have to prove you are married to your spouse, and if you show them a foreign marriage certificate they will not accept it. "I was given a single room with a single bed for me and my teenage son. I paid for a double room and I was told that I couldn't get any room at first because the hotel was overbooked. I was given a single room with a queen size after insisting. The beds metal was out. Im still recovering."
