"The staff was extremely attentive!!! I loved the area that it is located in and it has security on the exits of the lobby. The breakfast was unbelievably good!! "
"We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. Overall, a pleasant experience. We would definitely recommend it!!!!"
"I love to stay in this hotel. The manager Angie is the best and extremely nice. The amenities, service, room service, front desk and food are exceptional."
Lowest nightly price found within the past 24 hours based on a 1 night stay for 2 adults. Prices and availability subject to change. Additional terms may apply.
Quiet rooms designed and fit for purpose - getting a good night's sleep for travelers. The hotel accepted our same day reservation and then called us as soon as they saw our 2nd night reservation come in from expedia - this is efficient and pleasing. The breakfast buffet is good with local treats as well as standard breakfast fare.
Excellent location. American consulate is just a block away from this hotel. Plaza Bolivar and Mount montrraasse are just 15 minutes from hotel. One of the restaurant I like the most is called "Hornitos" which is right next to AZ Hotel. Hornitos is open 24 hours and everything is cooked and baked fresh. They got wide variety of juices, coffees and pastries etc. Their menu is amazing. I highly recommend this hotel for stay. It is only 13 minutes away from the airport as well.
Very convenient location near the airport. Shuttle runs every 30 minutes. Good breakfast buffet. 24 hour room service with good quality food that is nice. Super comfortable bed. Very very professional staff.
Our stay was excellent, the place was very clean and we had a very comfortable bed. Unfortunately we didn’t get to have breakfast because he had to leave very early but breakfast was included. Also it’s a very quiet neighborhood and it seems very safe since me and my wife went out at night for a nice walk We will stay here again
It had a lovely spa. It was a little too cold to use the pool, though. It was the perfect spot on a quiet street far from the traffic, but next to many restaurants. The breakfast was really good, with lots of options. Dinner was also really good with a guitarist and a flamingo dancer/singer.
It was my first trip to Bogota so I was quite nervous. I found this hotel to be in a great location in Chapinero close to restaurants and easily accessible buses on Carrera 7 or 14 to get to most places. You can walk to Zona T and Zona G. Safe and clean area. Basic and simple. Elegant decor and design. Amazing breakfast that changes every day! Friendly staff though a bit lacking in English, they will find someone else who may help. You are on your own as there's little travel information...
Always a great choice for us. We stayed at the Sonesta Bogota 3 times and once in Pereira for 2022. Even though I am from Colombia, living in the USA has made me spoiled when it comes to hotels, to be more specific, softer mattresses and the option of air conditioning. Plenty of food options within walking distance and if you like beer like I do, there is a Beer Pub with an entrance from the lobby. The Sonesta is in my top 3 stays for Bogota and is very reasonably priced for all that is offered.
