My husband and I enjoyed ourselves. Axel and the other coworkers, staff are absolutely amazing. They are always smiling and ready to guide assist etc. Definitely worth coming back to stay and visit. We will be recommending to friends and family for sure. Gives you apartment studio vibes. The restaurant next door tutti bene delicious we had it twice, two times in a row & the good truck in the corner Yaya yummy. You’ll love it.
Rosalina Ocean Park is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The pools are pristine blue, the property is immaculately kept and the entire staff is so kind and helpful.
And you can shop, grab coffee, eat, and hit the beach within a 5-10 minute walk.

The property is beautiful, clean, modern, and family friendly! My family and I had a blast. After a long day of beach, family and fun we would all come back to the property swim and call it a night. It was perfect!
There are plenty of beds, air conditioning, and a small kitchenette to brew coffee or make food. You will not regret it!
The property inside is very nice and elegant. Didn't like that have to pay 25 dollars per night for parking when im paying to stay in here. Other wise everyone is amazing. And i appreciate them.

This is a very nice small boutique hotel in a super location to experience Old San Juan. A good part of the charm is the city itself loaded with historical sites, great eateries, shops and bars and the Villa Herencia is right in the middle of all this. Not only is a car not needed but is probably a handicap and unnecessary expense as parking and driving the old city streets is a challenge. It is one of my favorite places to stay in PR. The location is perfect and convenient. I brought my nieces for the first time as a graduation gift for obtaining their degrees. They loved it and will be returning!
Great property! I loved the amenities (24 hr pool, hot tub, hotel beach area with umbrellas and lounge chairs, restaurant, and chocobar). The staff were nice and helpful. I absolutely loved my stay. We didn't know that breakfast was included, so that was a pleasant surprise.
