It is a resort with a convenient parking, clean and spacious apartments in beautiful gardens. The beach, swimming pool, restaurants and stores are incorporated. Beautiful programs for both children and adults.

This was by far the best hotel I stayed, EVER!!! Room was amazing, comfy, super clean. Veey nice shower and bath, very spacious. Breakfast was exceptional. Spa services were heavenly. This is my top hotel to return to and most likely visit Croatia to explore more Zadar and stay at this beautiful and most awesome hotel.
Very nice staff, great food, the breakfast buffet was great, you can cross the street and jump in the Adriatic, and there's an area with chairs and a jacuzzi tub where you can watch the sunset.
Just a ten minute walk to the water taxi which takes you directly to old town. Several good restaurants are nearby. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. A clean place with parking and breakfast too!

we were visiting the old town of zadar. The room was nice and clean. the place is about 20 mins to the free parking area at the old town.
The breakfast was good.
I don't know why the beach towels were not free (15 kuna for each) as the other resorts we visited in Croatia.
This property was beautiful!! We loved the pool with the seaside view and our room felt like an oasis after our busy days. Location was perfect for relaxation away from the bustle of the city center. We didn’t mind the walk but it is about 30 minutes give or take. It did seem like Uber/Bolt was easily available if it had been needed.
Absolutely gorgeous hotel with top notch amenities and decor. The rooms and bathrooms are large and clean . The breakfast had a lot of choices for any taste. The only suggestion since it is a 5 star hotel to add coffee machines in the rooms instead of offering just hot pots with instant coffee

This was a great stay with helpful staff. It’s located right at the edge of town and has easy parking (with a bit of an incline to get your luggage to the room). Our trip was at the end of the summer season so it was all pretty quiet but we had probably our favorite meal in all of Croatia here with a mixed meat plate (a variety of grilled meats) and a pasta dish. The only complaint is that they could use a standard drip coffee maker instead of the machine, but that’s pretty much the case in all...
