"Friendly and helpful staff. Staff able to communicate in English for the most part, which was very helpful as a non Japanese speaking guest. Room was clean and spacious. Fresh towels and bathrobes replaced daily or as needed. Full room cleaning provided free for longer stays. Lobby and reception on 18th floor with beautiful view overlooking the city. Free coffee bar, ice machine, drink vending machine, dining area with paid breakfast buffet and smoking room also available on the 18th. Minutes away from restaurants, cafes, convenience stores and public transit. About 15-20 minute walk from Dotonbori. Highly recommend if you are looking for accommodations in Osaka."
