"Fantastic location right near the airport - we walked to and from the airport and it was perfect. The rooms are spacious, tv’s big and the bathrooms are so large with great pressure and temperature. We loved our stay! We used luggage storage here for Galapagos which made our trip so much easier. Would absolutely recommend staying here!"
"It is a convenient hotel very close to the airport, it is in an alley so it is not noisy. Staff is friendly and helpful as they quickly got us a cab to go to the airport. Our only problem was getting the shower to warm up, apparently there is a trick but we never got it."

Great quiet clean rooms nice place the only bad side was the restaurants only have sandwich's for dinner, we arrived at 10:30pm after a long day traveling without food (plane) we wanted a room service but wasn't available at that time we arrived hopefully they can rearrange kitchen hours thanks

Newly renovated. Everything in my room was brand new, it was so new I felt like I might have been the first customer staying in that room. Super Clean and nice
They were very kind, patient, and hospitable. Facility was super clean. They are following the CDC’s guidelines for COVID. The community Areas were not crowded. There is outside sitting to eat. The room service also brings up food to your room and all the food is appropriately covered and silverwear is brought in a sealed bag. Food was always delicious and at the appropriate temperature. They also provide a free shuttle to the Airport (which is very close to hotel). Felt super safe to stay here...
We were on a dream vacation using Guayaquil as a stop over point before heading to the Orient on a tour. My partner mistakenly left his credit cards in a bedside table drawer here. We didn't notice until a week into our vacation. On our tour, which ended in Guayaquil, we painstakingly backtracked our steps. When I booked my stay through Expedia, I expected your typical cookie-cutter experience. With Mundialcity however, I was very pleasantly surprised. The business is run by a family, and they take great pride in providing first class service at a low price. I highly recommend giving Mundialcity a chance.
i wished i could have enjoyed the garden..it was so beautiful...the lobby is charming...only stayed overnite..wish it was longer..breakfast fit for a queen... down fall my room faced front..could hear traffic and dog barking...was alone felt safe,,,,so close to airport...
Grand Hotel is a stunning property. They took really good care of us, from airport pick-up to giving us milk for my toddler late at night. The receptionists were happy to help us with directions and answer any queries. The Grand Hotel pool is an oasis, it was breathtaking. We stayed here two nights. Breakfast spread was amazing and the food was delicious. We ate one dinner there too, totally worth it! Excellent service, great staff, breathtaking pool, decent-sized rooms, centrally located!
Staff member was knowledgeable and attentive-when TV didn't work in our room, we were given a second room just for TV viewing! Now THAT'S accommodation! Stunning interior-piano to play in the lobby-beautiful décor. This was the one hotel where I didn't want to leave, but could have stayed in the lobby/drawing room all day.
