Possiblity to hire a driver for city tours or specific trips. Only point to improve: It is not possible to contact the hotel by e-mail before the stay to clarify doubts. They just accept phone calls. But, when we tried to change rooms, we were told the property was full. Our baby developed a cough and we all had sore throats and burning eyes.
