"Props: I stayed at this hotel from May 13 to May 23. Beautiful hotel. The staff was super helpful big up to the waitress great lady. Big up to the front deck people everything went well. Cons: I had to ask for soap to take a shower, and they charge me for the shuttle which was advertised to be free. The breakfast was also basic. Overall, it was a very nice location, near to the shopping mall and very safe location."

"This is a great hotel with a great price in a great location. I have probably stayed there 10 times over the last 10 to 15 years when I have visited Cali, Colombia. They always have great Customer Service, with people like Maria Fernanda working the Front Desk! I will continue to choose this hotel when I travel to Cali!"
