"Quand nous sommes arrivés nous étions pas noter sur leur agenda pas de trace de notre arrivée il a fallu prouvé que nous avions bi réservé et payé pour une chambre triple Du coup l'hôtel était complet, ils nous ont donné une chambre double avec un matelas au sol, nous étions pas trop satisfait. Notre nuitée était moyennement bien le lit de 2 personnes n'était II 1 pas du tout confortable "

Dès les premiers pas dans cet hôtel, nous avions ressenti cette sensation de bien-être, le sourire, la politesse et cette capacité à vous mettre à l'aise et en confiance. La chambre spacieuse bien équipée, la literie ultra confortable et la propreté exemplaire. Un restaurant spacieux avec une carte de produits frais. Le petit déjeuné copieux. Nous remercions l'ensemble du personnel, que ce soit aux services de chambre, de la restauration y compris le petit déjeuné....

"Lady at check in grumpy. Allocated standard room when booked Junior suite. Sink leaked at base. Shower screen not sealed so also leaked floor constantly wet. Junior suite spacious and great bed and AC. Well located. If they could fix water issue it would be a good hotel. "

"The front desk man was very nice and kind and he deserves a 5 stars hotel, however the condition of the room was not as per our expectations, only one towel for 4 people, the room was cold so need to use the air conditioner with a terrible noise, the water is in ground. "

"Ibiris Hotel did exceed my expectations. The staff were helpful and accommodating. Tried to help where they could although would help to have someone who can speak English working there. Breakfast was decent. Well planned. Limited on space but always clean. Rooms were fairly clean and more spacious than I expected based on reviews. Towels could have been a bit cleaner (they were washed but stained) Would have been good to have a cupboard in the room, kettle, iron as basic necessities. Overall...
