"We had a great stay! Food was good and plenty of it. Beach is great, drinks too. Only thing rooms are out dated and need better pillows. Overall it was a great stay."

"The room had an interesting set up as far as there being only 1 door to separate you from the beds and the bathroom but it wasnt a big issue. The Property was HUGE....3 hotels on one property and you have access to all of them as well as the water park. There were soo many pools and the beach was very clean. Loved the fact the umbrellas were provided. Staff were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Only con was the restaurant food, it was pretty pricey and the sides were usually pretty bland. Wish there was more traditional Bahamian/carribean food on site."

"Unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing overall. The breakfast was the worst, food was cold, the selection was very limited, and several items were constantly unavailable. The pool café also seemed to regularly run out of food and we were often told they “didn’t have it” or we couldn’t get certain items. Dinner service was very poor. The quality of the food was extremely disappointing across the board, including both the buffet and the restaurant-style dining options. Service selections were limited, and overall the food quality did not meet expectations for an all-inclusive resort. Most of the resort amenities were out of service during our stay, which was frustrating considering this is advertised as an all-inclusive resort. The rooms themselves were very outdated and run down. There was noticeable water buildup on the shower glass, rust stains, dirty floor edges, and overall the rooms just did not feel clean or maintained well. The TVs in the rooms did not work, and neither did the phones, making it impossible to contact another room if needed. Also worth noting there is no room service available. The beach itself was beautiful, however the snorkeling was very underwhelming with little to no fish or sea life visible. We also noticed broken glass in multiple areas of the beach. Overall extremely disappointed for an all-inclusive resort! "

"Our room was dated. The telephone didn’t work. The safe didn’t work. One light on left side of the bed was away from the wall. Curtains worn. Two items were reported the day we arrived but never fixed."
