"Had a mishap and informed the hotel hours before checking but they refused to cooperate and refund the money The did not even offered a partial refund. Had my booking company called also and they refused. Horrible customer service they are only interested in the finance aspect not the humane feelings. We were 3 ladies 63, 74, 75 Traveling together Stay away from this inhumane hotel. "

"Travelled from Kolkata to Mumbai today for an official visit and checked in at Radisson Resort & Spa Khopoli. The Radisson group has always been among my favorite hotel brands, and after today’s experience, I feel even more strongly that everyone should experience their hospitality—especially at Radisson Resort & Spa Khopoli. Shortly after checking into my room, I realized I had lost my Apple Watch. I checked with the reception, but it wasn’t found on the hotel premises. Using the Find My app, I discovered it was still in the cab I had taken from Mumbai airport. When I called the driver, he claimed he had gone far away, though I could see he was only about 15 minutes from the hotel at the toll. I immediately informed the reception, and what happened next was exceptional. Ms. Vanita, Supervisor, and Mr. Abhishek, Front Office Manager, took personal ownership of the situation. They contacted the driver right away and requested him to return the watch. Even when the driver refused, saying he had another airport drop in Mumbai, Abhishek and Vanita stayed in constant touch with him, tracked his location, and even arranged for a hotel driver to retrieve the watch. Thanks to the extraordinary efforts of Abhishek, Vanita, and the entire Radisson team, I got my Apple Watch back. I cannot thank them enough for going far beyond their duty to help a guest. This wasn’t just great service—it was genuine care, commitment, and hospitality at its finest."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The view over the lake was fantastic. I've stayed several times. I go back because the pool is large, with lots of loungers and the breakfast has best variety of any hotel breakfast in the city. The staff is excellent, both friendly and professional. I appreciate the fact that there are posted rules for areas and the staff follows through with the rules, even when some customers complain. For instance, while at the pool recently, I saw a father arguing with the staff because he had put his young daughter in the pool in regular clothes. They pointed out that she needed to be in proper swim attire. He argued and yelled, but they held firm. Congratulations and well done to the staff!"
