"The rooms were on the dirtier side. Stayed one night, so we managed.Staff was nice. Hotel is on the 2nd floor of a building and rooms are on the smaller side. Would not recommend if you are with young kids. "

"No support, they declined the reservations and took significant time to sort out the issue. Initially asked to pay extra to do a fresh booking. Hotel team only confirmed its much over price I paid. Pathetic say, wont recommend any one for Parle Inn or Expedia any more in future. Room was also very bad and not matched as shown in photos."

"Clean room, flexible staff always willing to help out. They were able to place and remove rollaway beds daily clean rooms when we needed and even provided chairs for makeup when we needed. Room service food was excellent. Breakfast was amazing. The room design could have been better. We were in suite room and the door had to be closed to open the closet door every time. The breakfast is surely something to behold all manner of sweet and savoury delights, the idlis were particularly good served with sambal and the dosas were delicious with a lovely fluffy potato fillings.I’ve never been away at Christmas time before,the Taj had a magnificent tree and presents in the foyer with Christmas lights.They even laid on a Christmas parade with Santa on a motorcycle!!
