"Clean room"

"Only complaints that I have was that at the reception they mentioned that we were allowed 20% discount if we order from the restaurant and we place a room service order and even though you have to go down to pick up yourself the order at the restaurant they didn't honor the 20% discount because we didn't eat at the restaurant. Which doesn’t make any sense for the price we pay of the hotel and the food. Either airside or landside are relatively close only convenience will be if you required to request a Visa or not for staying on the lamdside."

"Room was clean, spacious and all the necessary amenities for one night layover and the good thing, closed to the airport.The transportation is a plus. "

"It's a great little room for exactly what you need it for - to rest, sleep, shower, watch TV, & do whatever else you want in a clean, private space away from the crowds & noise on your long layover at IST airport. It's extremely convenient to not have to leave the airport and not have to go back through the security checkpoint when it's time to leave for your flight, but as with anything, you're going to pay a lot more for that convenience. "

"What a warm welcoming feeling, Greeted by friendly staff and a warm fire on a chilly evening.The Restaurant and lounge area have a wonderful atmosphere to slow down enjoy some delicious food and gaze at the sea through the large windows. The rooms spotless with complimentary tea and coffee & waterin the room. We really enjoyed are stay, We are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you so much Shawn & Marnie DeFord"

"Beautiful room all the best comforts. Balcony has wonderful view of the Black Sea. The young man at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. He was a pleasure to talk to. Dinner was great. We had a fresh salad and Turkish meatballs. "
