The hotel is cheap and not too far from the airport (about 20 min in a taxi), right in front of it is the Black Sea. The issue was the room - it smelled horribly, most likely of sewage.

Great view of the black see. Just a few steps away from the beach. The staff, was quick and friendly during the check in and out. Clean room with a view. They will arrange any trips for you since they have a travel agency on location.

A wonderful peaceful relaxing place in my eyes. I came with my daughter. All the staff and the owner are so nice and nothing is too much trouble. Lovely hot water, warm room ( April ). I sleep really well as quiet. Food is nice especially the soup. Take a stroll along what feels like a private beach. Relax before heading back to the airport. I can't wait to stay again. I love it here.

The couple who run the place are very sweet and attentive. The food was fresh and delicious. We got a room with a view and enjoyed seeing the Black Sea for the first time.

Right on the beach and close to the airport. Win, win. Had a nice dinner, swam in the Black Sea, got up early and caught a flight home. Great English from the staff, real friendly service

It was close to hotel and Mahmut the manager was able to help me get a cab to the airport nearby. Beautiful view of the Black Sea, in-door dining options, and great affordability. I recommend it !

Nice room with comfy beds, great view from window but bathroom has black mold on ceiling. I not think it's safe to breathe. We bought water from small store in same building and it has mold on it as well. I would stay away from this place.

Good stay for short period of time. Beautiful beach view. We were there just for a few hours to rest up to catch our flight in the evening. The hotel owner was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. However, try not to eat in their restaurant, overly charged. Other than that, it was good.

Good beach base, rough as an actual hotel. The location is the whole story here. You're right on the Black Sea beach, which is lovely, but despite the name it's NOT convenient to Istanbul Airport. It's about a 30-minute drive with several tolls to reach the actual terminal entrance. If all you want is somewhere to shower and crash after a beach day, it does the job. Beyond that, I'd look elsewhere. Check-in was a hassle. The room and shower were small but adequate on their own. The problem was there's almost no floor space beyond the bed. For two people, one of us had to climb over the other to get in and out. We travel light with just carry-ons, and even so there was barely room to stand once our bags were down. Cleanliness was hit or miss. Our room was moderately clean but we got only one towel and no cover on the bed. When we checked in at 5pm, the other rooms were mid-clean with mops and buckets everywhere. Ironic, given all the signs warning you not to track sand into the hotel. We ended up leaving for a place closer to the airport. Fine for a quick beach stopover, not for an actual stay.

Very good rates, room was clean, staff was helpful and friendly, food and service in restaurant was good. While arrived outside of normal checkin times 7:30am, due unforeseen problems with my flight, I found no one at the property and had to make several calls and texts to arrange for someone to let me in. In cases where the property is is not staffed when one one would expect it to be (like during breakfast hours), such information should be on tge website or booking confirmation, hence 4 stars instead of 5 stars.

It’s not close to the airport. On the way back it took as 30 mins. Maybe I was there during the low season. But it’s the reason to keep the rooms so dirty. The toilet looked like it was never washed for the last months. I didn’t dare to take a shower because it was tooo dirty there. I didn’t stay for the planned time, and left earlier to the airport.

Great communications before my stay. I had requested a room with some sort of view of the airplanes landing or taking off , as this was my reason for staying here. The manager moved me to accommodate this, very thankful of that. The food in the restaurant was great. The manager himself, very friendly and helpful. I met which I assumed were his family, again very nice people including kids. There is a small shop next door, which I used a few times and I'm sure I over paid for items brought but whatever!! Hotel rooms have side entrance up stairs, 6 rooms in total. My bed was comfy, the shower was good. It's a place where you get what you pay for. A nice cheap stay if you want to plane spot or perfect if you have an early/ late flight. It's about 15/20 mins taxi from the airport. Can be noisy due to planes but obviously didnt bother me. Hotel right on the beach with bus stop opposite for local routes. Taxi was easy to sort via hotel or use uber via app. I had a great stay and would happily stay again. WiFi wasn't very reliable which was a shame as my phone wouldn't work without it.

Tullessani sain minut vietiin toiseen hotellikompleksiin, eikä siihen mihin olin varannut. Huone oli ok, mutta vanha mutta ihan siisti. WC.ssä oli suihku pa WC pönttö olivat samassa tilassa ilman suihkuverhoa tai muuta suojaa. WC:ssä ei myöskään ollut WC paperia, se oli olohuoneen pöydällä. Muuten kaikki ok, ainakin ilmastointi toimi, mikä oli hyvä.

Used razor and no trash can in room. Looked like cat/dog feces on the curtains.. Dog left in room barked all afternoon. "Hotel" name has been removed and replaced with a travel agency.

I doubt that this is a hotel and even our driver had a hard time finding it!! When we arrived they weren't expecting us and they didn't find our reservation and when they eventually did find it, there were no rooms. We were then escorted to his friend's house where we were given a room and the impression was that this was a Airbnb. I would strong not recommend this establishment. We were fortunate that it was for only 1 night that we had booked!!

Avoid this place. Upon arrival, there was no electricity, the hotel was completely dark and unusable. I contacted both the staff and Expedia immediately and left within minutes. The hotel later admitted the power outage but refused a refund, claiming it lasted "only 10 minutes" — yet there was no guarantee it would return or that basic services could be provided. I paid for a stay that was never delivered. Unprofessional and unacceptable.
